All the drivers to pick us up were on time, professional, Informative about the area, English speaking, and nice vehicles! The Mercedes vans were large, roomy, and safe for our travels around Naples, Mt. Versivius, Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, and Isle of Capri. The tour guides in Pompeii, Amalafi Coast, and Isle of Capri were so knowledgeable and a wonderful part of our trip. The Hotel selections and restaurant recommendations were superb and top notch! Nello Bella you did a great job communicating and checking in on our trip. We will definitely recommend you to any of our American friends and family for their next vacation!

I recently celebrated my wife's 60th birthday touring Italy. The absolute highlight of our trip was our week in Sorrento which was completely organized and managed daily by Nello Balla. You will not find a more dedicated person who truly lives and loves his profession. He was in contact with us daily to offer special local inexpensive but gourmet style meals run by families in Sorrento. His knowledge of the area and it's history is impressive. His tours are exceptional in every area. His smile and sense of humor are contagious. We stopped in naples on a cruise and pre-arranged our tour with nello....all we had to do was walk off the ship as he had everything ready for us; from a comfortable a/c van, bottled water to entry tickets at Pompeii, it was an incredible adventure. Nello is so knowledgeable about the history, the people, the best times to tour, the best stops for photos, for food, and on and on. He really made the stop a memorable day for us and highly, highly recommend him!

I have traveled many times to Italy and Capri but when I was with Nello Balla this July, I experienced Capri like never before! When we arrived in Sorrento, Nello was ready with tickets for the ferry.  He was clear in his explanation and we all felt his commanding presence that would ensure a successful tour that we would all remember for lifetimes. He made sure that we were the first ones off the ferry and that we didn't have to wait for the boat tour of Capri. I felt like a queen (or at least one of Emperor Tiberius's favorites) as Nello shared his wealth of knowledge. Did I mention how everyone we met along the way seemed to know him? It seemed that we were accompanied by the "King of Capri" and members of an exclusive tour. He facilitated our very economical lunch and even was able to work out a deal so that one of my students was able to get seafood pasta! In previous trips to Capri, our group always felt that they needed more time. Even though Capri is always difficult to leave, our group was very happy at the end of our time on this beautiful isle.  I know my group enjoyed and appreciated the work Nello did on our tour (and who else but high school students are more difficult to please?) and I would request his excellent touring skills again! You obviously adore your country, and you have a passion for sharing it with visitors. Nello guided our group of 44 Brookwood High School students on an excursion to Capri on Tuesday, June 15, 2010. He met us at our hotel and the FUN began! From the first moment he connected with the students through his knowledge, enthusiam and wonderful sense of humor!
